Student got 24 out of 90 in theory, 9 out of 10 in mathematics test and pass in all subjects,will he pass by cbse in 9th class?

will he declared pass or fail

He will pass in 9th class if he gets a pass in all other subjects. This is because if he got 9 out if 10 in mathematics it shows that this is a good score. The low score in theory will be covered by other subjects when it comes to determine the average score.
