Work out tips for 15 years of age.

I am 15, I have mostly fat on my body and that needs to change. What can I do ( specific workouts) to build arms chest and stomach muscle. I am not to familiar with all terms by the way.
How long do I do each workout etc.
Possibly give really specific workouts.

Losing weight is all about burning more calories than you consume. So first and foremost pay attention to when, what and how much you eat. Start walking for 30 minutes 3 times per week. Increase your speed (maybe start jogging) as your endurance improves. Every morning (get up a little early) Monday through Friday do 30 jumping jacks then as many push ups, sit ups and pull ups as you can. Always trying to do at least one more than the last time but don't be discouraged if once in a while you actually do one or two less. You can take the weekends off. TIme off is important for your body to heal itself. Listen to your body. Some soreness is to be expected in the beginning but real pain means you should stop and take a break.
Within 3 months you will see enough improvement you'll never want to stop.

walk run or just go on jog for a hour a day will help you

best way to get a work out is go to a gym and ask one of the people that work there they would know best. for at home you can run/do stairs, push ups, sit ups, yoga, play some sports with some friends

Running for 27 minutes a day for one week you will get in better shape and be shedding a pound a week

Okay. So FOOD is the specific ingredient to a nice looking body. You must create a plan of which foods to eat and which foods to stay away from. Working out does help out but focus on food! Fruits, veggies, healthy cereals, grains etc,. It takes up to 4 weeks for the body to start changing so don't expect large results in the first week. Working out is the next thing. RUNNING is your key to loosing weight and working on cardio will help fulfill abs! Start off easy!! Don't push yourself too hard at the start. work your way up. See how long you can run for without stopping and then the next day run a little longer and so on. I worked my way up from running half a mile to running 3 miles every day. For your abs and body try cardio (Sit ups, push ups) YouTube has great workout videos for cardio! Start off with cardio lightly, maybe do as many situps you can do with out stopping, and then the next day do ten more and then the next day add ten and so on. Progress is the key. Find something that motivates you and stick to it. don't give up!
