Why am i Losing power in my 2005 dodge 3500 while loaded. Terrible fuel mileage also.

Could be your fuel pump...fuel mileage and loss of power...I'd start there first.

Without knowing the details of the "while loaded" portion it's hard to say. Any load is going to decrease the power, more so as the weight of the load increases thus it will require more power from the engine, as well as gas to give said power to said engine to carry said load.
