How to lose weight without starving yourself?

I work out 3 hours per day, eat small portions of food 5x a day, but I really really want to lose weight as fast as I can.

exercise, I still eat the same amounts and stuff that I used to and I lost 17 pounds and it's not special diet food with processed stuff, it's just regular food like burritos,tacos,pizza, and microwave cheese burgers

Drink only water and lots of it. Eat every 3 hours but just snacks. 5g of sugar or less per snack. No need to work out any longer than 1 hr per day. Also stop doing cardio. Do resistance training like weights. Muscle eats fat.

Drink hell loads of water, eat compact carbs, and walk a lot.

lossing weight doesn't mean starving yourself in fact that's a horrible way to lose weight.

Exercise, dance, eat healthy, eat smaller portions of food, go for walks. Drink lots of water.

Drinking plenty of water too before eating helps you get fuller faster so that you won't eat that much. And just basically eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruit, but can eat other foods of your liking too just not too much of the bad greasy food. And keep in mind water plenty of water helps shed off some body fat too. And keep exercising too....
