Inside the Black Girls Workout Too Meal Plan, you will find a DVD with various workout techniques, and a tank top. There are those that go for $20, and there are those that go for $25 on Amazon. Check out http://www.blackgirlsworkouttoo.com for details.

Thanks for that, I did check it out but I was interested in the actual details of the meal plan before I buy it to consult with my doctor on whether or not I should buy it and stick to the meal plan.

On the FAQ link on the website Klaeticia posted in her answer (it's in the menu bar on the home page$, they state that they never give out the meal plan in email or online. If you've already purchased the workout DVD but lost your meal plan, they will send you a replacement for $9.99 but you have to show proof of purchase of the DVD plan.
Note: there is a "Recipes" link also in the home page menu bar, but it is just extra low-cal recipes you can use alongside the meal plan.
No recipe will ever be given for the magic "SOUP", as they call it (unless you buy the workout) -- sorry.
But there are plenty of other low-cal and apparently fat-burning soups online if you search for them. Usually they are high in nutrients, but particularly high in plant/animal protein and fiber. :)

The acceptable term is African American.

Black Girls Workout Too is the actual name of the DVD.
Choosing to be called black or african american is a personal decision and has absolutely nothing to do with the question. but thank you for your input

LOL AT THIS FOOL! african american is the acceptable term. I am from Massachusetts not Africa. My great grandmother was native american on my mothers side and my other great grandmother was half white. I am considered black but do you understand why African American doesn't work for everyone?

You can't get a copy of the meal plan before buying the workout -- their rules.
See my comment on Klaeticia's answer.
I'm betting the "SOUP" part is actually a celery soup (very heavy on the celery, I bet) -- because that's what my friend's grandma always made for a similar goal (she's also black, btw, and said it's a mainly southern recipe). Lots of celery (lots!, cooked until very soft, then ground up and added back to the pot while adding new celery to the (chicken or beef) broth and cook until new celery is not too soft. Can add a few (not too many) tomatoes/carrots, salt/pepper/spices, teensy bits of meat if you want, etc. Verrrry tasty and nutritious, and lots of healthy fiber and just enough protein. :)
Just a thought. :)
