If you are diabetic, or have any other physical malfunction, you need to see your doctor. If you are like everyone else who desires to lose weight, you have a mind hurdle you are trying to jump. You could find you are addicted to food or you are extremely self abusive. That may be helped by a A 12 step program or a variation of the same idea. My personal thought is: Think positively. Every morning when you wake up, don't say, "I"m fat and I am going to have problems." Tell yourself, "I am going to become healthy in my mind and my body. Today I'm going to eat an apple. I am going to walk around the house and pick up things that are out of place." At the end of the day, pat yourself on the back. Don't make things so difficult for yourself. It will happen when and if you really want it. Good Luck! :)
maybe eat more veggies lay off the junk for a while then maybe run on the treadmill for a while and be more active get in some activities dont go on the computer much only go on it for info you NEED not WANT ask one of your friends to change your password on some websites so you wont be on them as much that's what i would do
Eat a lot of vegetables , fruits, chiken. No rice, no sugar, beef, port. Do not eat anything after 5:00pm . Drink a lot of water. One hour work out a day. Do what I say for a month you will see a good result
