Im in big trouble my excersising plans did not work, HELP?
i was determined for about a week to really loss weigh and i lost 6 pounds and gained them all back because i stopped excersisng! its about to be summer and i want my thighs and legs to be tighter! and my stomach to be smaller! im between 164-168 and its March 18 and summer starts June 7 so i have about 3 and a half months! is it possible to loss that 48pounds in that time spand. What excersises do i need to do and about how many minutes and days a week do i need to do this.
