I have these little circle looking sores in a lot of places on my body that look all most like cigarette burn and scab over

and leave behind cigarette burn looking scar Brown and then white in the middle

If so it is a fungal infection called ringworm. There are a lot of over the counter creams you can use, look for anti-fungal creams where they keep treatments for athletes foot, or you can get pills or prescription creams from your doctor.

You might be suffering from a fungal infection like ringworms, or it might be a skin problem. Some skin diseases, disorders and underlying conditions can manifest in such a manner, but you really ought to talk to a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Do the sores start out looking red? Do they fade with a sun tan? Look up a few things and seek images to check, but it could be ring worm, it might even be Tinea versicolor. It could also be a number of other things but those are the first to pop in to mind with your description. Do go look those images up to rule them out.
