I don't think so. You have no rental agreement and he's not paying anything. I think that makes him a guest.

This actually depends on your states laws. Many states say that if a person gets mail at an address, they are a legal tenant and must be given at least 30 days notice. Look up your states landlord/tenant agreement to be sure!

Oh hell no! You take the child by the ear and show them the way to the front yard where all his/ her belongings have just been tossed

Lol. Well I'd find that very rude of my kid to do that. I have had adult children move back. They respected the rules it was good
