My son is 2 almost 3 he gets very angry and shakes violently will the shaking pass?

when he does it he tightens all his muscles and holds his breath and clamps his fist until he is red in the face

Sounds like a case of the "Terrible Twos."
He's just acting out, he's showing you how angry he is as best as he's able. Don't give in when he has these fits; if you do, it'll teach him that behavior is acceptable. It should pass once he finds more appropriate ways to communicate what he's feeling. :)

Yes, eventually. Children don't know how to express their anger. While your son shakes others may throw awful fits and some even bite others... Don't worry mom this to shall pass. Good luck!

I'm afraid this is something you will have to talk to a pediatrician about. Kids are sometimes violent, sulky and moody when young, but they soon grow out of it, although some grow into adulthood with the same characters. A pediatrician would be best placed to advice you on this.

Maybe you should put him in his room, and when you think he is calm,go back and talk it out.Kids are not dogs, they are human beings that are developing. They will understand you.Just don't use big words. And don't go too simple.

My advice, one parent to another: don't reward his bad behavior.
He is throwing a tantrum; that's bad behavior.
