Which country was the most to blame in causing WWI? Why?

Almost all of the European countries and other countries in Asia were looking to expand their borders at the expense of the others. It wasn't even close to being just Germany like everyone likes to claim nowadays.

All of you are slightly correct b ut the real answer is Hungary- some other country name. They were responsible for the assassination of the Duke of another country.
