YES you can start over again. But don't just Fast. YOU MUST FAST AND PRAY. And try to shorten your days. Most fast and pray time periods are 3 days and 3 nights; together. One year is for seasoned persons who know how to stay focused and fixed on the object of their fasting and praying. Try to have an alternative for the food that you are giving up. And you can FAST something other than food. ANYTHING THAT THE LORD GOD AND JESUS CHRIST WILL ACCEPT CAN BE FASTED. Like not watching television for 3 days and 3 nights. That is a real sacrifice for some people. If you are new at fasting and praying, go slow. A one day (24 hour) fast and pray period is a good start. And remember to tell THE LORD GOD AND JESUS CHRIST thank you. Also so tell them what you will use the item(S) for that you are requesting from HEAVEN or EARTH resources. AND try not to broadcast that you are in a fasting and praying period. THAT will cause obstructions from mountains and monsters (player haters) to your request(s).

Pick a sacrifice that might be more realistic than a fast for you. Fasting is doomed to failure over a long time as your body needs food to live. You can deny it only so long before you suffer adverse consequences or have to eat normally again. perhaps give up chocolates, or all candy, etc.

Fasting can only go so far. The god you believe in has already forgiven you-its YOU who haven't forgiven yourself. Get on with your life, what's done in the past is in the past. The religious propaganda has ruined your ability to think for yourself. Try it-you might like it!
