1. People get meaner, but not super mean 2. You will make more friends 3. More homework, but the teachers don't go too hard in 6th grade 4. You get lockers 5. Boys like girls... a LOT more (and vice versa) 6. People will start doing drugs - don't get involved with them (usually that doesn't happen until late 7th or 8th grade though) 7. People misbehave more 8. There will be fights! DON'T get in one! (they're very fun to watch though haha) 9. You have to be more organized, or else you'll lose your assignments and get bad grades and yelled probably 10. You have to be more independent I just finished 8th grade, and middle school was really fun! HUGE transition though. You will know the entire school like the back of your hand by the end of the semester. You will make sooooo many more friends! You have to be open, though. And when people do drugs, stay away from them. Trust me, you can usually tell who does drugs and who doesn't lol. You'll learn a lot, TRUST ME. Especially in the 8th grade.... wow, that was a huge leap. But I made it! Haha middle school gets nerve wracking, but I had fun and I'm sure you will too ;) have fun!
those movies are based on the typical middle school, however depending on your school, you could really enjoy it. It all depends on which teachers you have, what classes you take. I seriously thought i was going to die the first day of middle school, but the teachers there were actually really helpful and all the students there were nice, and in a week or so, i started to like it.
1. People start to get REALLY mean 2. You get more homework than elementary school 3. You change classes 4. The teachers are a bit meaner/tougher (since people start to get naughtier) Well, it's kinda different for each middle school...
