Whats the best exercise I should do to be able dunk a basketball?

Jump over a small trash can back and forth, side to side nonstop for a while. It will help if you do it enough. Also running up and down the stairs exercise the same muscles.
Jump a lot and everywhere you go even in the shower pretend like you have a basketball and jump to dunk it, It helped my niece it might help you to. Try it it might be fun.

Practice makes prefect! Keep constant practicing on the part you are not that good at, my brother do that everyday and now overall accuracy is achieved.
