The guy I like has a bad cheating and lying.history but he started tearing up telling me he loves me and im different should I believe him?

He took about 45 min to explain what I mean to him. Id like advice from a guy since they know more about how guys work

Well not all guys change. But most guys doesn't. I will tell you that don't believe him. I can tell that he's a jerk and he will always be.

He could be telling you all that just to get to you, hence don't believe him that easily. It's not easy for a guy to change just like that because he met you. The best thing to do is to examine him gradually by making him your friend. Analyze his behaviors during this time to get your answer about hikm.

first of all remember everyone have deserve for second chances, we can't judge people by history, History is most Mistaken who we learned lessons by them, so it could be his right he loves you not for cheating BUT been careful is some Necessary, so I;m saying give him a chance but not enough alos to Hurt you, keep your space aside aside that give chance to him to show his spots if he proved himself be with him & if he didn't you found out it before he hurt your feelings :)
