I NEED to lose 10-15 pounds within a week or so! How can I do this I am thinking of doing yoga and sit ups but I know this wont work... HELP
I was thinking of doing about 150 sit ups, 20 minutes of yoga, jumping jacks and then before I go to bed a quick yoga routine but what should my yoga routine consist of? I want to lose stomach fat, inner/upper thigh fat, and upper arm fat... please help immediately!!!
