I NEED to lose 10-15 pounds within a week or so! How can I do this I am thinking of doing yoga and sit ups but I know this wont work... HELP

I was thinking of doing about 150 sit ups, 20 minutes of yoga, jumping jacks and then before I go to bed a quick yoga routine but what should my yoga routine consist of? I want to lose stomach fat, inner/upper thigh fat, and upper arm fat... please help immediately!!!

Watch the amount of calories you consume.. Excersice!!!

You can only lose up to 3 pounds a week, depending on your health and how much you work.

That's unhealthy to lose more than 2 pounds in a week

You can't lose that amount of weight in a week...it's unhealthy and dangerous. On average 1 - 2 pounds a week is safe. But if you want to drop some weight quickly, do the South Beach diet (phase 1 = 2 weeks) and do the Yoga. If you don't cheat, you might drop 8 - 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

Lots of exercise less eating... And eat healthy snacks
