Forget the girl who said juice is better. Water is the best fluid for you. It goes in your system and cleans out all the bacteria causing you to go to the bathroom and drain the bacteria out of your body. Although things like juice and tea are good for you, water is best.
It does help but orange juice or other fluids that are higher in proteins an vitamins will help you more. Either way though make sure you drink a lot to always stay hydrated!! Your body really needs it in order to recuperate properly :)
