Dry cereal would be best. Milk sometimes makes it worse. The most important thing is to stay hydrated. Water is good, but pedialite. or Gatorade would be better. Some drink that has salt, sugar, and potassium will be better absorbed by the body then pure water. Preventing dehydration is the most important thing when you have diarrhea.
I agree with what "grandpap" says. Cereal (high fiber foods) are good. Milk, oils, etc are bad. U need fiber... Green vegetables like broccoli are a great source of fiber, but will make the diahrea temporarily worse.
