If you know the chances of 2 things happening, how do you calculate the chances to the 2 combined?

If I had a reaction to one immunization, and my wife had a separate reaction to another immunization, what is the increase chance our offspring having a reaction?

There is an increased chance of either reaction occurring in your children. However, the exact probability can only be determined if values were attached to the probabilities.
