Joe was so careless (with) money; he spent $1,000 (on) clothes, (Over) the holiday.
& You can explain it like this
in A & C is Impossible cause it come "Careless of Money" {Of} doesn't have work here & in another "Careless On Money" kind of words like "On" "In"At" won't use for meaning words like "Money" so in "B" is wrong too cause "On" is using for Cloths so it doesn't work here in the end the right answer is "D"
