Live your life your way, dont care about what people think of you! Because you will just end up having a bad time. So i dont care what people think, im just doing what i love, and want :D that's when your having the most fun!
Don't believe all you hear and only half of what you see. And when someone's being a lame face say "I love you, i will make you a cake" then do it. Be nice to those who maybe don't deserve it, it will make u more satisfied when u know u did right. I guess those are my two so far, but since I still young adult I will have way way more lol
That even though your day seems to be lacking and all you want to do is hide and cry feeling like nobody cares or loves you keep in mind. That there is always someone who loves you more than you actually know. And also to not never be ashamed of who you are just live life to the fullest and give it your best shot of simply being yourself....
Next to knowing Christ because that is most important to me..... I'd have to say the very harsh reality that not everyone, in fact very few, are who they appear to be and to trust no one completely. Sad, but true.
Besides loving Christ, I would say - ALWAYS do what you KNOW is right - regardless of what the other person is doing or saying. And SOMEONE's gotta be the adult in certain situations - try to be that one.
I didn't want to beleave some of the things that the bible was telling me about the mentally ill, and almost closed my Bible forever, but after reading it over a hundred times, then did I then think could it be true, and things fell into place,it's not always what we want, but once we except the truth we are able to move forward spiritually.
That people are imperfect and when you have a more realistic view of them - their betrayal, mistrust, rudeness, back-biting and all of the negative disposition some possess - no longer throw me. (James 3:14,15) That is my major learned lesson.
From a Christian's perspective (and when I say this, this is what I believe. You may vary in your opinion, but this is where I fall.), I try to go by life using this: "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."-Romans 12:12
"Fear the true God and keep his commandments. For this is the whole obligation of man."-Ecclesiastes 12:13. I learned this lesson the hard way. I thought I could live my life apart from God's standards and still find satisfaction. I was wrong. Disregarding God's laws on life is like mankind trying to disregard the laws of the government. Can it be accomplished? Yes. Are there consequences? You better believe it. The scriptures state: "There is no wisdom, nor any discernment, nor any counsel in opposition to Jehovah [God]."
