I do not mean to be offensive but your question is incredibly funny to me because by asking it here, you are robbing yourself of the opportunity to do precisely what you claim to want- make a choice!
What you seek by coming here is consensus, not choice. You are asking others what choice they make (in 'choosing how to choose' in this case!), and in doing so- you rob yourself of the chance to make your own choice.
When confronted with a choice- learn the situation. There are usually many choices to make- some good, some bad. Try to see how each choice would affect the outcome (If I do this, what happens?, If i don't do this what happens). Try to evaluate the consequences of your choices (Will doing this get me what I want? Will it injure or harm someone else?).
It is really a very, very good question- one you should always be asking yourself- look back in your life and ask "Why did I make that choice" Was it the right choice? Did I get what I wanted, etc...
Just remember- doing what someone else tells you to do does not mean you do not have to take responsibility for making that choice (even if you really didn't make it)
