This will only work when you are very tired. first, lay on your back with your hands at your sides. Then, close you eyes and relax. STAY ABSOLUTELY STILL Your brain will send signals to your body to see if you are ready to sleep. (These signals will include the desire to open your eyes, the desire to switch your position, and itches.) YOU MUST IGNORE THESE DESIRES! If you stay like this long enough, you will feel a huge weght lift of your chest. If this happens, open your eyes. You are now lucid dreaming (or dreaming with your eyes open.) with practice, you can learn to control your dreams You should not be able to move your body at all. This is very difficult to do, and you most likely will fall asleep many times before perfecting it, GOOD LUCK!
