I got a two year warranty on my Beats by Dre solos and my dog destroyed them. Can I get new ones?

PLEASSEE HELP!!!!

Warranty generally includes faulty product due to malfunction.
Dog tearing them apart will not be covered, it is not the companies responsibility.

Did your dog destroy the warranty or the Beats?

Well, you have to report to the company that you bought the Beats from, and tell them that you have a warranty for it. Hopefully they'll replace them.

The warranty or the headphones? If you have the phone number of the warranty entity, you should be calling them to ask if that is covered. If you don't have the number because the warranty papers got destroyed, you should go to whoever you bought it from to ask what you should do to get new papers.

There's a pretty good chance that if you go to where you bought them, and ask nicely - they'll fall down laughing. But it's worth a shot.

Beats SUCK. They may look cool, but that's all they got. Get audio technica mth-50 instead. Half the price of beats, triple the quality.
