No. You're a bit too young for it. My friend tried it and she got really sick. Her mom tried it and she got skinnier. I think it's only for adults because they usually take pain killers or something and they can handle it more than young adults can.
A 13 year old shouldn't diet. When you're not an adult yet, your body is still growing. Diets tend to leave out nutrients needed to grow. Just get more exercise and eat healthier. Leave out all the junk food
