What are some healthy snack ideas?

I eat a lot of snacks because I am not at home very often. I am trying to stay fit, however I need some healthy snacks that I can chomp on quickly, or even prepare quickly the night before. if anybody has any ideas, links, or simple things that i probably didn't think of, please help me! Thanks:)

Pumpkin muffins! Any yellow cake mix, prepared how the box says, mixed with a can of pumpkin pie filling. You can add dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips for extra sweetness. (Of course, if you don't like pumpkin, this is a bad idea.) Yields about 12 muffins. They will be very moist and a bit chewy but they taste great.

My homemade smoothies:
Blueberry Smoothie
1 or 2 bananas
3-4 large scoops of Plain yogurt
1-2 cups of blueberries
a medium sized spoonful of Concentrated orange juice
1 cup of water

Strawberry Smoothie:- the same except use strawberries instead of blueberries.

Raw nuts are a superfood and there's no spike in blood sugar. Plus, converting fat in raw nuts into one stored on the body eats up many of the calories.
