Can a dog be born with Parvo

my puppy got Parvo but she is an inside dog. but she couldn't have gotten it from outside without coming into contact with another dog.right? also the person that gave her to us told us a couple of weeks after we got her that her brothers and sisters had died from Parvo. but she wasn't sick or vomiting and she was a happy chubby puppy. she is now two. could it have remained dormant for so long?

Yes if she was exposed it was probably just dormant. The virus itself can remain dormant even in the dirt for up to a year. All the puppies probably got it from their mother. Adult dogs can carry the disease without showing symptoms

Ohhhhhh my word! My puppy died from parvo(not trying to scare you, I live in a 3rd world country where it happens all the time) but the 1st thing you need to do is get her an IV. Keep fluids in her and don't let her get stressed. Really hope she pulls through!!!
