You might not being feeling good. When I was 20 years old I had mononucleosis but I did not realize it. Sometimes I would start to cry for no reason working at night at my factory job. It was embarrassing. But, what I did not realize is that I was run down, tired, and sick. The progression was so gradual that I didn't know how bad I felt. Feeling bad felt normal. Eventually the doctor noticed that my glands were swollen. I took a month off work to rest and recover. It took a full year before I was back to normal.
.
Also, I get depressed without enough light. It is called SAD. Too many days in a row without enough light will make me feel like crying just as you described.
.
My point is that there might be a biological reason for your emotional outburst. See a doctor, maybe.
Same.. maybe you have depression?
Well, I would say it was your period coming on, but since your username is Brandon, I don't think that fits. hehe (hope this made you smile at least)
I hate to assume anything, because my first assumption was so wrong, BUT, I'm going out on a limb here. You're a teenager, correct? This is normal, and there is NOTHING wrong with crying! It's called hormones. You're changing.
Keep your chin up sweetie. We all cry, sometimes.
You are too sensitive and sentimental, it is like nervous breakdown. After crying you may feel relieved. Do some light exercise, or go for morning walk, engage yourself in some story reading or holy books they give you comfort and it works great. Meditation and Yoga can also be done.
seen a commercial on the boob-tube about people doing odd symptoms but forgot what it is called. believe it is a new diagnosis.
Bipolar disorder? This is the only thing I can think of. I'd go ahead and see a doctor for a proper diagnosis, though.

Your mind is protecting you from something . Did anything happen in your past?
