I just changed my diet to organic foods and I feel sick.Is it because my body is filtering out toxins?

I'm also quitting cigarettes but I've only been smoking for 3 months (Marlboro Reds)...so I don't think I'm sick from that. I've quit ciggs before easy. Also I haven't gotten much sleep lately. Been going to bed at 5am and waking up too early.

This is normal. You are purging toxins right now. Drink lots of water and get alot of sleep right now... Your body is worn down from lack of sleep and your liver is transitioning. I would suggest getting a Liver Cleanse Kit from a local Health Food Store. You will feel so much better soon. Hang in there. And Congratulations on quitting smoking and starting a Healthy lifestyle. Your body will thank you later.....

Incrediman

it's probably because your body isnt used to it because you made a sudden stop. give it a week or 2 and then go see your doctor if it continues

Any change in diet takes some getting used to. Give it a month and if you're still sick, then something is likely wrong.
