Decrease your caloric intake by eating healthy foods in small portions and increase your physical activity. You have to change your eating habits and your exercise regimen, this is the only way to take weight off and keep it off.
You should first find out how many calories you need to eat on a daily basis. (After finding mine, I took off an extra 200 calories) Then, take this info & apply it to 5 small meals a day. You also need to exercise. I go to a local park M-Th. I walk 2 miles on 2 of the days, & do a 1 hours aerobics workout the other 2 days. I also do a lot of walking on Fridays while out running errand for the day. :)
Another thing you can try is to not eat carbs after 3 pm.
do lots of running or walking(with a friend if you dont like doing things alone,or plug some music in)when you think about laying down just because your bored dont find something to do(ex:clean your room, feed your pets,go through your clothes to see what you want or not)and eat at least 3 times a day, dont starve yourself because that is how you gain wieght, starving yourself is not good, your body then gets use to it and stores the food after awhile of doing that
