The specifications for the head cover bolts is 13nm 115in lbs and the cylinder head bolt #11 is 135nm 100ft lbs. You can find detailed information from the owner's manual or from a dealership store.

torque specs are in sequence all at 50flbs....then run the sequence again to 115flbs.....start in the middle and work your way out evenly is safe.
