yes because that's what gives you calcium and calcium makes your bones a lot stronger so like what syntha said if you break a bone easily maybe that's why cuz you r not getting the calcium u usually get
It isn't bad not to drink milk. Your body doesn't absorb the calcium in Pasteurized milk as well as it does with raw milk anyway. That's why they put vitamin D in it. You can get all the vitamins and nutrients you need without drinking milk.
