On what website can i find a record of lawsuits filed against...Vanguard Investments
my dead Fathers trust acct is at Vanguard - my step mother who is only entitled to the income per the terms of my Father's trust -just called up Vanguard and was able to withdraw a sizable principal amount. Vanguard says they are not responsible because she is a co trustee and as such is part owner - but according to the terms the trust the only powers we have as co trustees are investment powers - Vanguard won't let me move the acct to another insistution unless she agrees and the only alternative I have is to freeze the acct and her monthly income will stop. But if I don't freeze the acct she can withdraw the whole thing. I can't understand why Vanguard is not legally bound by the terms of my Father's trust?
