my tooth is infected can i have it pulled

Report as

You can, but your dentist will need to prescribe antibiotics before the tooth can be pulled. The infection needs to be taken care of first.
It's best NOT to have your tooth pulled, if possible... although, if you don't have dental insurance, having it pulled is cheapest.
Make an app't. with your dentist & he/she will take x-rays that will determine whether or not the tooth can be saved with a filling or root canal & he she will prescribe the antibiotics you need for the infection.
