What is a website that fixes viruses, or gets rid of them?

My dad's computer at home is really slow and it says "internet cannot explore this webpage", so i was wondering if there is a thing you could download, so then it would speed it up, and fix other problems.

There are things you can do yourself.

1. Clear the browser history, cookies, and cache (in the Tools menu of your browser.)
2. Run your virus protection software and do a virus scan.
3. Defragment your hard drive... it's an option in your Control Panel.

These websites that advertise to clean up your PC may or may not actually delete malware, but what they DO do is download their own stuff on your computer, which causes their own problems.
