Is the relationship moving to fast? I started talking to this guy on the internet from a dating site for two months...

Ok so i met this guy online we talked for two months via email, skype and the phone. We both live in different states. he is 42 and I am 30. Then he finally came to my city (for a week) for work and to meet me. So we had our first date, took me to a a NHL game bought my son a jersey and treated me to a extravagant dinner (he is finacially well off) and then the attraction was there strongly...then one thing lead to another...get my drift. We still talk pretty much every day and have a second date later today before he goes back home, but he says he will be back to visit me some more and wants me to visit him and travel with him in the near future. He does help me a lot money wise too since I am a single mother. But my main concern is was it to soon to do the deed with him? How can I keep the chase going ?

He took you to a hockey game? Bought your kid a jersey? He sounds like a great guy! Keep him! :-) You can't go back and undo the "deed", you're both adults, don't worry 'bout it.

if he treats you and your son good and he is a keeper. its hard to find someone as it is let alone when you have kids from a previous marriage and I know this is going to step on some toes but it is the truth Men make better step father's than Women make step mothers.

I'm not really going to touch base on the sex or the money. What caught my eye was that you asked how you could keep the "chase" going.
Pardon my blunt remark.
Was two months not long enough? He's well off on his own and chose to see you. He doesn't need a woman at his age. He wants a partner. The only chase you two need is to catch the next movie or reservation. See where this goes. You may like the results.

Try and be comfortable whilst aiming to impress.

You're 30, he's 42.
Sex on the first date isn't hoped for, it's expected.
