What is the relationship between gene, chromosome and DNA?

What is the relationship between gene, chromosome and DNA? Where are they located inside the cell? Please, explain such that 11th grade boy could understand.

The relationship between gene, DNA and chromosome is that all the three carry the genetic code that determines the characteristics of a living thing. Another relationship is that they are all surrounded by nucleus.

Do all the cells in human beings (like liver cell, brain cell, etc) contain DNA, chromosome and gene?

Genes are located on chromosomes inside of DNA. So picture it as genes being workers in a section (chromosomes) of a factory (DNA).
