Starving. But the best way to usually lose weight is to stick to a meat and vegetable diet. Try and cut sugars and wheat out of your daily life. (This might take 2-3 weeks to get used to. Also try buying fresh fruits and nuts, and making a smoothie out of them with a blender.

you can start to eat more vegetables, and go on a weight watchers plan. My friend does and she has lost 15 lbs in the last 3 weeks!!

if your not that much over weight it will be kind of hard..best thing to try is mainly veggies (raw is even better) some fruits and lean protein like egg whites,tuna,chicken breast. plenty of water and an hour of exercise 4-6 times a week.
