What is the molarity of a solution of sodium acetate that contains 0.250 moles of sodium acetate dissolved in 250 mL of liquid water?

Report as

Molarity = moles/volume (L)
1000mL = 1L, so 250mL = 0.250 L. Now just fill in the equation:
Molarity = 0.250/0.250
I think you can figure out the math from there.

0.250 x 1000 and divided by 250, thats the answer,
the formula is molarity = no of moles x 1000 / volume of the solution in mL
