Can anyone tell me any healthy weight loss breakfast?

Want to know any ideas on new breakfast meals.

our body needs carbohydrates to perform at it's best but their are some carbohydrates that bring negative effects in our body if --we eat too much of it like foods with added sugar or processed flour (examples: soft drinks/chips/cookies and others) and if a diet is full of bad carbohydrates then it can cause health problems like weight gain...---on the other hand their are also carbohydrates that will bring positive effect to your body like fresh vegetables, whole grains and other foods rich with fiber, minerals and vitamins...

Avoid any carbs then? The only carbs I eat are whole grain bread, oatmeal, cereals, and low carb tortilla, fruits, veggies.

I guess we should not avoid eating carbs because they also help our body---I mean there are two types of carbs the GOOD and BAD carbs...it's healthier to eat GOOD carbs like veggies, fruits and other foods RICH in fiber, vitamins and minerals...-----but you still have the freedom whether to avoid or eat bad carbs but keep it a minimal intake...for these BAD carbs if taken excessively will bring negative effects on one's health..

too much of anything good..can be bad also....Too much carbohydrates can lead to some health problems like weight gain....

Eggs. (Make an omelet! Cheese, Bacon and other meats are acceptable!) or try a low carb yogurt. MMMMM.

Well it is proven fact that has even been proven by a experiment that people who eat breakfast are skinny then those who don't eat breakfast so I would say just eat breakfast

grapefruit one dry toast water. if you drink a bunch of water throught the day you will loose . water helps flush the body cleansing it . making it easier to shed those un wanted puss pockets
