Eggs... Eggs help you lose weight. Also, portion control is very important.
Eggs. (Make an omelet! Cheese, Bacon and other meats are acceptable!) or try a low carb yogurt. MMMMM.
Almonds! They are very filling and good for you heart, brain development, and skin.
Well it is proven fact that has even been proven by a experiment that people who eat breakfast are skinny then those who don't eat breakfast so I would say just eat breakfast
grapefruit one dry toast water. if you drink a bunch of water throught the day you will loose . water helps flush the body cleansing it . making it easier to shed those un wanted puss pockets
