What are some good ways to gain upper body strength?
I'm trying to do a breakdance move but I need more upper body strength.

you should do push ups daily and every once in a while if you can you could also bench press
push up pull up curls and cant think
do a handstand with your feet against the wall, then use your upper body to do vertical push ups.
