Water H2O....H-hydrogen, is highly explosive, and O-oxygen supports combustion, so this sounds like a explosive mixture, we drink it, why.

How is this possible

True, both elements separately are highly reactive. Water is not because the explosion has already happened, so to speak. If H and O react with each other, water is the result.

Because we are invincible and immortal!!! Nah, you just need to add other chemicals to it for it to actually be explosive.

But combined together, they don't have the same properties.
Furthermore, It's not O that supports combustion, but O2, and not H that is explosive, but H2.

Some people I know are highly explosive.

Just guessing here but since these things are combined it obviously changes them making them safe.
