Whether it harms your health or not depends on your total sugar consumption per day. On average men are supposed to have no more than 45g a day, and women 30g a day. As long as you're not exceeding those limits, you shouldn't have health problems. Remember, it's always healthier to eat natural sugars (fruit, brown sugar, unsweetened juice, etc..) rather than processed sugars (white sugar, sweetened beverages, icecream, etc..)
Natural sugars are the best which comes in fruits. Juices are not a healthy sugar consumption at all. Drinking juice will make you gain weight and in general bad for you just like pop. Eat your fruit and use liquid stevia as a sugar substitute for your teas, coffee and to make anything sweet.
