It depends on how big the portions of food your eating and what kinds of food your eating. You should eat small amounts of any kinds of food. You should also exercise. I do easy, simple exercises at home such as leg lifts, jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, lunges, and sit ups. If you do this daily, you'll lose weight in about two or three weeks. It's very simple. To lose weight, you must "burn" more calories than you eat. I have read so much nonsense about weight loss, it's unbelievable. Isn't a calorie a calorie? Drink a cup of a hot tea before meals; stop eating before you feel full; and walk 20 to 30 minutes at least 5 days a week. Lose weight slowly & it will stay off.
