How do I get over depression?
I recently read a question asking "how do you know if you have depression" one of the answers could really relate to me. I feel sad hopeless lonely most of the time and I wasn't like this before I usually talk a lot and can never stay in or sleep during the day now all I do is sleep feel lazy sad and sometimes I feel like crying for no reason I get irritates faster and I don't enjoy the things I used to love anymore. it's coming between me my life and school ! help!?
