Oatmeal with some chopped fresh fruit or berries added to it. Yogurt & a whole grain bagel with a glass of milk &/or juice. Cold cereal & low fat milk w/ fresh fruit. Whole wheat/whole grain toast w/ peanut butter & a glass of milk and/or juice.
Anything whole grain is healthy, so are fresh fruits & fruit juices, low fat milk, peanut butter, , etc... and... I'm now gettin' hungry over here.... ;-)

Greek yogurt with raw oats and honey drizzled over top, even some fruit sprinkled in. Granola in milk with wheat germ, coconut flakes and fruit in it. Both oatmeal and eggs have a lot of protein (if you get good oatmeal). Omelets, wheat toast with peanut butter and banana slices, fruit smoothies, fresh juice.
