Whenever a dog licks you, it's a sign of something's wrong, anxiety, affection, or else it's trying to get your attention.

She might have something seriously wrong with her, and you might want to go to a veterinarian to have her checked out. If there's nothing wrong, then refer to these ways to stop your dog's excessive licking:

One way to stop your dog's excessive licking is to divert his attention. When he starts to lick his paws, your face, the floor or anything at all, catch his attention and throw a ball for him to fetch. He'll soon forget about licking because he's having more fun playing with his ball.

Another way to stop your dog's excessive licking is to stop giving him so much attention and when you go to leave your house, don't announce your leaving to your dog. Don't neglect your dog or anything, but simply give it less attention.

Train her and say 'NO!' when she tries to lick you. I do that with my dog, and she almost immediately stops.

Whenever ur pet goes to lick u turn away and ignore all actions once ur pet is calm and sitting turn back around and begin praising and petting this reinforces the proper behavior .

What we used to do was we would have a small squirt gun(like the little ones you can buy at the dollar store) on stand by in every room and she would get a squirt as she licked us. Also at the same time we said "no lick" and soon the command almost turned into that squirt gun squirting her. Just like clicker training says good job, the squirt gun said bad dog.

It's actually a sign of them acknowledging you are their "mother"
- puppies do this to their mothers only.
It is actually quite loving and a compliment really. It takes some dogs a while to see their owner this way especially if they are a dominating dog trying to be pack leader (even above people lol).
If it annoys you just acknowledge it by first turning away saying NO then patting them telling them they are good; because they aren't being naughty they are being respectful and loving so don't dismiss that
