What can you use lemon rinds for?

After I squeezed 16 of them, I thought maybe i shouldn't throw them away.

put down the garbage disposal to freshen the sink, you could freeze them and use them in a recipe that calls for lemon zest. I think you could even use them to freshen a drawer, like a sachet or potpourri, by drying them out first.

You could use the peels as zest for flavor on food. All you do is take a cheese grader and grind the peels on it.

You can zest them and make lemon marmalade, or you could just stick them in the carburetor and have the fresh smell of lemon make your kitchen smell really nice for a little while.
