Why am i so tired please help?

i have been sick for almost 6 weeks now with sinus infection and bad coughing and none of the docs meds helped me but my nebulizer got rid of my coughing which is good but i am still lil bit stuffy at times. i used my nebulizer last week to get better but i am still good bit tired and idk why since i feel better. i took a nap today yet i still feel tired.

so why do i still feel tired and when will i feel not so tired anymore?

Your body just needs time to recover. You'll get your strength back. Some germs really "knock" a person down.

People who are sick often pray. Doesn't help unless they see a doctor.

Amen pray in the name of god for your health

hiw the hell is that going to help anything?! if he wants to get better, he needs to do what his body needs, thats certainly not thinking about somebody else fixing his problems..

Do you live with animals? Sometimes the animal shedding its hairs can be the cause to sinus inflation. Are you allergic to certain types of mold or mildew? This mold or mildew may be airborne or growing somewhere common. You may just have very strong allergies- I have allergies and am going through the same situation. At night, it is especially hard for me to breathe, so I keep my door open which leads to a balcony. This way, fresh air comes in at night.

Your body needs time to recover. Take some vitamins, like C, B12 & D3. Get better. Oh, and drink lots of water.
