White part of my eye is blue?

what does this mean?

This link explains it. You should definitely see your eye doctor. It could be benign (nothing) or there could truly be something wrong.

" The white sclera takes on a bluish tint when this normally thick tissue thins. The sclera becomes translucent, allowing the underlying tissue to show through. "
